FAQ
What is the expected time of return on Saturday?
There is no activity scheduled on Saturday. You can return home (together) after breakfast at the hotel. We expect to be back in Zwolle around 1pm.
How does transport work if I’m going home after the evening program?
If you’re not staying overnight, you’ll return to Zwolle on Friday evening with one of the shared cars — either with Mark Veldkamp or the Orisha shared car.
We’ll make sure there’s enough space and coordination after the pub quiz ends. Just don’t wander off to Crazy Piano’s 😉.
What should I bring?
Check the Dresscode & What to Bring section in Practical Info. In short: comfortable clothes, sunscreen or a poncho depending on the weather, and good vibes.
Should I bring my laptop?
Yes, you might need it during the morning program in Zwolle.
Afterwards, you can safely store it in a locker at the office — do not bring it with you to Scheveningen.
Do I need to pay for anything myself?
**Almost everything is covered: all scheduled activities, food, drinks, hotel, and shared transport.
The only exception is Crazy Piano’s — this is outside the official program and completely optional. If you decide to go, you’ll cover your own drinks and other expenses there.
Can I still change my room?
**You’re free to switch rooms among yourselves if you’d like.
If you prefer to have a room for yourself, please contact Marlou to check availability.
I have dietary restrictions — what should I do?
If you haven’t already filled out your preferences, please contact Marlou ASAP. We’ll make sure the BBQ and brunch work for everyone.
I wasn’t planning to stay overnight, but now I’d love to. Is that still possible?
Absolutely, that’s great to hear! We still have some extra space.
Just get in touch with Marlou and we’ll arrange it for you.
